An Ode to Changemakers, Cyclebreakers

We all start our journey somewhat unique
Some of us adapt to society
Some naturally fit in
And some have the difference beaten out of them
By people, by responsibility, by life
But yet, we continue to stand
Somewhere
With a smile
For every punch life throws,
For every stumble, every fall
We stand
Because if not us, then who
If not now, then when
Just remembering to be healthy-
And never cause harm
Thus, we rest too,
In the reminder that we aren’t alone.
